Athabasca University hosts a variety of research-related presentations throughout the year. These talks are available through Adobe Connect for those unable to attend on-site.

Collaborative Research Forums

AU’s Faculty of Business hosts monthly public forums where faculty members and graduate students in business and related areas discuss their research outputs.

Presentations are usually held the last Friday of each month, from 1:30–4:00 p.m. Please note that these sessions are not recorded but are broadcast via Adobe Connect.

Research Webinar Series

The Research Webinar Series builds the collegial research atmosphere of AU and provides faculty and professional staff with the opportunity to disseminate research and present papers.

Visiting presenters are also encouraged to participate in the webinar series. If you know of any visitors whose work or ideas might be of interest, please contact us well in advance of their visit so that we may attempt to schedule a presentation.

Presentations can be held anytime, from September to May, at various locations, and can be broadcast from anywhere using Adobe Connect. These sessions are recorded for viewing at your convenience.
